The Hashgraph Group has formed a major strategic collaboration with the Philippines’ Department of Science and Technology (DOST).
The new partnership is part of the Philippines’ push toward nationwide digital transformation, positioning Web3 and distributed ledger technology at the center of a new innovation and financial inclusion strategy.

The Hashgraph Group will also work closely with DOST to develop practical industry use cases built on Hedera’s network.
These include solutions for sustainability, smart agriculture, food traceability, tourism, water quality monitoring, and enterprise-grade carbon tracking.
Hashgraph may also lend a hand to help Filipino startups and government agencies adopt Web3 infrastructures and how they can best be implemented for real-world use cases.
