Hashgraph’s Jake Hall and ElizaOS’s Shaw have dived into Hedera’s Eliza Plugin and Hashgraph Online’s OpenConvAI integration as part of a live-streamed event.

The livestream showcased HBAR’s ElizaOS plugin, which integrates Hedera’s functionality into ElizaOS. This allows users to access the Hedera network directly via ElizaOS and unlocks enhanced features.

Hashgraph Online’s HCS-10 OpenConvAI was featured in the livestream, showcasing how AI agents can communicate autonomously via Hedera’s Consensus Service for Trustless AI agent interactions.

ElizaOS agents can communicate via Hashgraph’s HCS-10, an internal agent-to-agent communications protocol that makes it easier to create secure, transparent interactions.

Hashgraph’s OpenConvAI also delivers integrated monetization tools, allowing for fee collections from AI services with a developer-friendly software development kit.

With ElizaOS, developing and deploying AI agents on Hedera has never been easier with Hashgraph’s Jake Hall creating the network’s first implementation of an agent communicating via HCS-10.

By utilizing the Hedera network, costs are almost, literally, $0, with fast instant finality and features unique to the Hedera network, the livestream may spur AI builders to come to Hedera and develop on the ElizaOS plugin.

During the livestream, Jake Hall and Shaw, the founder of Eliza Labs and its ElizaOS ecosystem, spoke on agent protocols and large language models in relation to web3.

According to Shaw, the team at ElizaOS has been developing Eliza V2 (v1.0) with easier functionality, providing a better product experience for AI agent developers and users.

Hedera Hashgraph: Priority given to AI integrations in 2025

In late 2024, Hedera Hashgraph’s new COO Shyam Nagarajan, highlighted the importance of AI adoption on Hedera, making it a goal for the network to enable greater AI integrations.

HBAR Foundation CEO Charles Adkins has spoken numerous times on Hedera’s need to expand its decentralized financial services and solutions, with the Foundation receiving a generous grant from the Hedera Council in 2025.

ElizaOS’s Hedera integration and event were able to showcase what the Hedera network is capable of compared to Etheruem or other blockchain networks, creating a developer environment where actions can cost almost nothing and speed is always a certainty.

Throughout 2025, Hedera investors can expect more AI integrations and developments with decentralized protocols as the network reaches out to new territories.

Soon, Hashgraph will launch HashSphere, a privacy network built for financial institutions and banking groups, enabling low-cost, fats, cross-border payments, and more. As expected, Hedera in 2025 will be unlike what’s come before.
